Error Messages

BAD REQUEST 400... Ever wondered what these messages mean? Here are some of the more common error messages that you may encounter...

Bad Request (400)
The Web address you entered or the one sent when you activated a link was incorrect.

Unauthorized Request (401)
Can occur if you attempt to access a restricted site which requires a user ID and/or password.

Payment Required (402)
A Credit Card or some other form of payment is required

Strictly Forbidden (403)
Can occur if you attempt to access sites with restricted access. Exclusion is often based on country of origin.

Not Found (404)
The Web page is no longer available, either it has been deleted or moved to another server.

Request Time-out (408)
The process is taking too long and is being terminated by the server.

Internal Error (500)
Denotes a fault at the Web site itself.

Service Temporarily Overloaded (502)
Occurs when too many users are attempting to access the same site.
