Sending Files

You can also send any type of computer files, called an attachment, with your e-mail message.

Click the Insert File or Attach File icon, select the file on your computer that you wish to send or attach and press OK. This embeds a copy of the file inside your message. The recipient of the message can deal with this file just as if it had been handed it to them on a disk.

It is good practice to compress files before you send them. Be careful when sending larger files; greater than 4 Mb; as the mail system may not accept them.
